About  Ralph

I’m Ralph Cohen, founder of Lively Minds Senior Forum, passionate about bringing engaging debates and discussions to seniors in independent and assisted living communities around the United States. With an MBA from the University of Connecticut and over 10 years of facilitation experience at over 60 communities around the country, I design inclusive, thought-provoking sessions tailored to residents’ interests and abilities.

Fueled by a love for debate and discussion, I’m committed to creating lively conversations that build community and spark joy. My goal is to ensure every voice is heard, making each session meaningful and fun. Let’s enrich lives together!

Our Programs

  • Ralph visits your community to lead the discussion in an inclusive, welcoming environment for residents. Available in select NJ, NY, or CT locations only.

  • Ralph hosts a vibrant Zoom discussion designed for seniors, all from the comfort of your facility. We offer accommodations to make online sessions as smooth and accessible as possible, helping communities easily connect residents to the discussion.

  • We're expanding our in-person reach beyond NJ, NY, and CT through a network of local discussion facilitators. This allows communities in additional areas to bring engaging, interactive discussions directly to their residents. If your community is interested in bringing LMSF discussions to your area, contact us to express your interest and learn more about our expanding in-person program.
